So I have a set of oem turbos, rebuilt with new chra. They were installed by a mechanic who put the restrictors on the wrong sides. I drove this setup for approx 500 miles and noticed smoking so pulled the motor. Realized the restrictors were on the wrong side. So this means one was over restricted (got less oil), one was under restricted (got more oil). What are the chances these are still OK? Are they both shot, or is one or both good to use still?
